Culture of Honor~Clashing Styles

So I recently read Culture of Honor, and it helped me discover myself in a major way. It also helped me understand other people in the body. My favorite part of the book was the picture of the 5-fold ministry. I started to understand why people clash in the body (and by that I mean why I'm always clashing with people). Based on peoples calls, they have a disposition to think in a certain way, and the car-accident analogy helped a whole bunch.
But here is the point. This past school year (I'm a senior in college) and I've been a leader in a spirit-filled ministry. The emphasis of the ministry has been on destroying the spirit of religion, and so we have a reputation of being a very free church. We have called God into the arts, and we have some of the most amazing art and music coming from this house--in fact we just transformed our church building into a Performing Arts center for the community. My only thing is that I've been bumping heads with my pastor (preface: this man has literally helped transform my life over these 4 years). I'm on the lets set on towards the miraculous, the glory, bringing folks into the kingdom, he's very much into healing the heart, establishing identity as sons & daughters, serving each other and love of course. And neither of us disagree with each other. He loves what I want to do, and I think all the stuff he thinks is important is absolutely integral for the Body. But the problem is that the supernatural side is being neglected and is left uncultivated.
How can I deal with the clash in visions? How does someone who thinks apostolically (not claiming to be an apostle or that I will be, just relating how I think) with someone in a pastoral mindset. I love him too much, and am too loyal to leave or try and start my own thing (plus I don't think that's how the Lord would do it). I've learned so much from this man. In the past, this man has led maybe tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands to the lord. Has seen all manner of miracle on the mission field, we just can't get it here in America. Any help on how I should adapt to help serve his mission, while still trying to increase the supernatural activity of God in our midst to transform cultures?

Hi Maverick,
You are asking a very intelligent question! The answer can be found while embracing the process of stewardship. This process is where real strength and character are forged. If you are committed to this man as a father in your life, it is important for you to embrace his vision, carry it in your heart, cherish it, protect it and help it flourish. As you do, the bonds of covenant will grow between you and your spiritual father. Good Fathers know you have a talent, gift and passion, what they are looking for is trust, honor and covenant.
In Process you need to be able to see for 100 years, can you live and plan for 100 year vision? If you can protect and cherish a vision that is not your own you will learn to empower the people around you for the rest of your life. The Glory of the Kingdom has been available for 2000 years, it's not going anywhere, pursue the heart of Father God in your life, in your house, in your worship and His Glorious Presence will come. Learn to let it rest with you and release it to everyone you come in contact with. Ask Holy Spirit how you can steward your Spiritual Fathers vision with Honor, Purity and Faithfulness. There is no lack in the Kingdom, look, see and pursue the fullness of the vision around you. The Revelation of Sons and Daughters is to be walked out with earthly Fathers and Mothers both naturally and spiritually, while we get our identity from Father God, we walk out sonship with those who we live life with everyday. Can you be trusted with this mans call and vision? If so you will not fail to increase in your inheritance of the supernatural Presence of God and through process transform the culture around you. What you cultivate in you is what you will reproduce around you. Multiply that for 100 years!
