Hi all,
My hubby and I are in need of ideas.  Our together time is severely limited as of late and we want to make the most of the little time we have.
Our daughter is facing some serious health issues that has me running from the time she wakes up (about 7am) until she finally falls to sleep at night (usually between 8 and 9pm).  I also work from home in between the times she needs me.  My hubby works from 10-7 each day and works nearly 30 minutes away from home.  By the time he gets home and eats dinner (I eat with the kids since we have a toddler as well who needs the consistent family time), it is 9pm.
By the time we have our devotion time together, I'm falling asleep and he is still in need of wind-down time from work.  Since our daughter's situation doesn't allow much morning time either, we are needing ideas to make every moment count.  We don't want our relationship or our relationship with our kids to suffer while God leads us through the difficulties we're currently facing.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know if you will read this because you posted so long ago, but have you thought of:

Texting each other flirtatious texts or

Emailing weird photos and stuff to each other... you could have a like a romantic photo theme each week and email each other all day long images taken from you cell phones. Themes like "Things that make me think of you!" or "I wish we were here" or "Things I want to do with you!"
Using Skype to have virtual coffee breaks/ lunches with each other. You could theme it up like 'Tuesday Thai Day' - make Thai food and send it with him to work then you can share your thai food over video chat.

As far as at home dates are concerned... what about:

Make chocolate fondue for after-dinner dessert. Making your own fondue is easy and only costs a fraction of what you'd normally pay for at restaurants. Just melt 1 bar of Toblerone chocolate (broken into triangular pieces) and 1/4 cup cream in a saucepan over low heat, and pour into a fondue pot over a burner. Serve with an array of his (and your) favorite fruits and marshmellows and take turns feeding each other!

Camp indoors. So you hate camping. No problem. You can set up a tent outside on the balcony or the porch, spend the night nuzzling against each other and talk just about anything under the stars.

Start a pillow fight! When was the last time you wrestled and pounced on each other like a couple of 10-year-old kids?

Take a Bubble Bath

Build something together

Make love coupons for each other - like 'free massage'

Make a time capsule

Paint portraits of each other

Enjoy each other snuggled on a rooftop

Give Each Other backrubs

Play With body paint

Rent a Limo for the Night

Finger Paint with each other

Rent a romance movie

Color in Coloring Books

Just a few ideas for now...
